Diego Arvelo joined our staff in February of this year.  His many talents have enriched the atmosphere at Royal Brock Retirement. He is always smiling and full of energy. Diego hosts a show that airs 3 nights a week on Cogeco called” The Dancing Chef”.

Recently Diego and our Director of Activities,  Jessica Bennett, developed a new program called Dancing with Diego.  It combines stretching and dancing.  The residents and staff all got into the fun this morning and the halls were filled with laughter.

This is one of the many great programs we offer the residents.  Diego and Jessica are also going to be working on a few other programs together where Diego will be combining his love for music with his incredible culinary skills.
