Meet Andrew, This month’s Employee of the Month!
Andrew is a long time Brockville resident and recent graduate of St. Lawrence College where he received his diploma in Office Administration Health Services.
When asked what he enjoys about working at Royal Brock Retirement Living, he responded
“This job is unlike any other job I’ve had. I wake up and look forward to going to work each and every day. I enjoy getting to know all of the residents and I enjoy helping to make a positive impact on their day”.
For Employee of the month, staff, residents and family members all vote. This month, we had the highest number of votes for 1 staff member, and a unanimous management vote.
Andrew is incredibly professional and mature, and is always willing to help out wherever he is needed. He gets along well with all of the staff and residents and greets every guest with a smile.
We were very excited to announce this months Employee of the Month. It is well deserved!
