January Fine Dining
This months Fine Dining Theme was “Winter Wonderland” … but the residents decided that it should be “Farewell to Winter” in hopes that our wishful thinking will help the snow melt and bring some warmer temperatures! We enjoyed a candle lit meal prepared by our head chef Nigel and his fellow chefs Mike and Eric. Their incredible attention to detail always makes our dining experience like no other. Murray Haines and Friends provided some fun entertainment afterwards.
