Last night our residents enjoyed another wonderful fine dining event.  Each month, we choose a theme for decor, food, and entertainment.  This month the residents had fun with an”Under the Sea” theme. Tyler planned an exquisite meal of beef tenderloin medallions, shrimp and scallops or Chicken Supreme served with fingerling potatoes, vegetables and cherry cheesecake. Our entertainment was provided by the very talented Jimmy Leroux.

Our centre pieces were made by the residents.  Everyone works together to plan a really fun event.  It’s something that all of the staff and residents really look forward to.  We often have quite a few guests join us for dinner.
