Remembrance Day Ceremony 2019
Today, our wonderful Activity Coordinator, Bryanna, lead an incredibly moving Remembrance Day ceremony.
In honor of our veterans, we erected a commemorative flag.
We payed homage to Captain Peter Acres, of The Royal Engineers, 7th Armoured Division, Commander Robert Brown of The Royal Canadian Navy, 2nd Lieutenant Max Farelley, Sailor Peter Bennett, Leading Seaman Dennis Foley, and Private Gwen Downie.
We paid tribute to our Military Families who sacrificed so much for their country. Sargeant Milton John and Florence Hayden as well as Flight Lieutenant Warren Grant and Della McKay.
It was an incredible honour to stand next to our veterans, to hear their words and their song, and feel their love and dedication to our country.
