Meet Mike, this months Employee of the Month
Meet Mike McLauchlan this months Employee of the Month.
Mike has been at Royal Brock Retirement for almost three years. He has over twenty years of experience in the kitchen, mostly in restaurants but he said moving to the retirement industry has been a welcome change. He really enjoys the fun atmosphere here.
Mike is known for being fairly quiet…unless of course a song he likes comes on. Mike is often singing while he works providing us all with entertainment.
He has a girlfriend of 11 years. They love camping and Mike is an avid wood worker.
Mike was nominated by his fellow peers because he’s always so positive. He keeps the energy in the kitchen light, even when it can be stressful putting out fine dining for two buildings. Nothing seems to phase him. He’s still always singing, smiling and joking around with the kitchen staff.
Congratulations Mike. You are a wonderful employee, and a joy to have as part of our team.
