The Culinary team served up a VIP feast beginning with a crisp arugula salad, granny smith apples, toasted walnuts and feta cheese with a lemon vinaigrette. Slow roasted prime rib topped with demi glace served with garlic shrimp Upped the Ante before they Sweetened the Pot with a delicious Chocolate swirl cheesecake.
