It’s been six years since the doors of Royal Brock Retirement Living first opened, and what a journey it has been. From the beginning, it was clear that this was a special place, with a dedicated team of staff and a group of residents who were eager to make it their home.The culinary team at Royal Brock has been a standout feature of the community, consistently delivering delicious meals that delight residents and staff. From the deviled eggs appetizer to the surf and turf with bearnaise sauce, asparagus and mashed potatoes, and blueberry bundt cake, the team has truly outdone themselves.But it’s not just the food that makes Royal Brock special; it’s the people. The residents and staff have formed a close-knit community, and it’s been a pleasure to get to know and share with them. The families of the residents have also played an important role in making the community what it is today, and we’re grateful for their support and involvement.We also extend our gratitude to the community partners, who have been instrumental in making Royal Brock Retirement Living a success. Their support has been invaluable, and we look forward to continuing our partnerships. On this special occasion, we would like to give a special shout out to Executive Director Stacy Carroll, who has been with us since the very beginning. Stacy’s dedication and hard work have been instrumental in making Royal Brock what it is today, and we’re honored to have her lead of our team.The evening was topped off with a fantastic performance by musician Ron Edgeley, who had everyone tapping their feet and singing along. It was a fitting end to a wonderful evening, and a reminder of the joy and camaraderie that is at the heart of the Royal Brock Retirement Living community.
As we look back on six years of successes, we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished and excited for what’s to come. Royal Brock Retirement Living is a community that continues to thrive, and we’re honored to be a part of it.
