OSCAR NIGHT FINE DINING

Last night was a dazzling evening of glitz and glamour as we celebrated Oscar night with our Tinsel Town Fine Dining experience. The atmosphere was alive with excitement as guests mingled and rubbed elbows with Royal Brock Retirement Living award winning stars. Our menu was the highlight of the evening, starting with a delectable appetizer of roasted red pepper, sundried tomato tapenade and goat cheese on crostini, followed by a choice of two mouth-watering entrees – baked red snapper with beurre blanc sauce or cranberry stuffed chicken breast. The roasted fingerling potatoes and roasted broccoli accompanied the main course perfectly. And the pièce de résistance was our Trio Mousse Parfait – a trifecta of Lemon, Vanilla, and Raspberry mousses that was a true feast for the senses.
