CINCO DE MAYO FINE DINING
¡Feliz Cinco de Mayo, amigos! This month, we had an unforgettable night of Viva México at Royal Brock Retirement Living’s fine dining event. Our residents were treated to an appetizer of mouth-watering Salmon Ceviche en totopos, seguido de una elección entre of succulent Cilantro Lime Chicken or our rich Braised Beef Enchiladas with Jicama Salsa, Mexican Sweet Potatoes, and Baby Corn. ¡Delicioso! And of course, we couldn’t forget our indulgent Lemon Mousse Squares for dessert.
But wait, there’s más! We were thrilled to have the talented Jump ‘in Jimmy join us, who provided live entertainment in the form of singing and dancing. ¡Qué espectáculo!
