Eat, Drink and Flamingle

Last night, we embraced the art of limin’, immersing into the vibrant spirit of the Caribbean. It’s all about taking the time to unwind, savor the simple pleasures of life, and enjoy the moment with friends and loved ones. And that’s exactly what our residents did.

The journey began with our appetizer, Lime Cilantro Tajin Shrimp served with house made guacamole. Each bite took us on a culinary voyage, shrimp marinated in lime, cilantro, Mexican spices and the guacamole danced harmoniously, creating a symphony of flavors. For the main course, a choice of Roasted Achiote Chicken Supreme or Baked Red Snapper with Mango Salsa. Both dishes captured the heart of Caribbean cuisine, offering rich aromas and tender textures that transported us to an exotic culinary paradise. But the journey didn’t end there. The Coconut Cream Pie stole the show as the perfect dessert, embodying the sweetness and warmth of the Caribbean spirit. A huge shoutout to our incredible Culinary and Dietary team for their hard work and creativity. We are always grateful for their dedication to making our dining experiences so special.

To complete the island experience, Tim Hallman entertained with live piano music. It was a night to remember, filled with good food, good fun   and limin’.
