This month’s Spring Fling fine dining event was pure magic! From the mouthwatering dishes to the vibrant spring flower theme, it was a bloom-tiful feast for the senses.

To kick off the night, we savored a divine Spinach Dip served with house-made Crustinis. The creamy dip paired perfectly with the crispy bread crackers was like a spring bouquet for our taste buds! For the main course, we had a tough choice to make. The AAA Roast Beef with Demi Glace was an absolute showstopper and a dish that truly blossomed with flavor! And let’s not forget the House-made Chicken Cordon Bleu, a twist on a classic dish that was a bouquet of flavors dancing in our mouths. But that’s not all! As a delightful addition, we were treated to Pet Roasted Broccoli and Fingerling Potatoes, adding springtime freshness to our plates. To top it all off, we indulged in a Homemade Apple Crumble Pie that was pure heaven and a sweet finale that bloomed with deliciousness!

A huge shoutout to the incredible culinary and dietary team for their hard work and creativity. They truly planted the seeds of culinary delight and made this event unforgettable. We’re grateful for their dedication to making our dining experiences so special.

The talented Pat Johnson and Billy MacInnis  set the perfect mood with live music. We couldn’t resist tapping our feet and swaying along to the melodies. It was like a symphony of springtime strings!
