A Night of Elegance at the Black Tie Bingo Fine Dining Event!

The Black Tie Bingo was a wonderful success, filled with fun, great food, and fabulous entertainment!

BINGO MADNESS: We kicked off the evening with rounds of Bingo and, put a fun twist on the classic game with a round of “Never Have I Ever Bingo.”

FINE DINING DELIGHTS: Our fine dining meal was a celebration for the taste buds. The appetizer, a refreshing Watermelon, Basil, and Feta Salad, the combination of watermelon, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese was divine!

PRIME RIB & CATFISH DUO: For the entrees, we indulged in mouth-watering choices. AAA grade Prime Rib, hand-carved to perfection, and served with a demi-glaze sauce, delighted the meat enthusiasts among us. Meanwhile, the Baked Catfish with creamy seafood sauce, made from crawfish, shrimp, and 35% cream, was a delightful option for our seafood lovers!

ACCOMPANIMENTS TO SAVOR: Accompanying our entrees were the delightful Heirloom Carrots, a colorful trio that added a touch of elegance to our plates. And who could resist the Dauphinoise Potatoes? Thin slices of potatoes stacked with cheese and cream, baked to perfection – absolute heaven on a plate!

SWEET STRAWBERRY FINALE: To cap off the feast, we enjoyed a heavenly Strawberry Shortcake. Moist sponge cake, served with fresh strawberries and cream, left us all with satisfied smiles and happy hearts.

A NIGHT OF GRANDEUR: After dinner, we moved into the Tearoom where pianist Matthew Halloran took us on a musical journey of  jazz classics.
