Our fine dining event last night transported residents and staff to the magical allure of Paris, transforming our dining room into a hub of French flair and amusement. Boas and top hats adorned our residents and staff, metamorphosing them into- cabaret stars Odette Oohlala and Louis L’amour, creating a night filled with laughter and camaraderie. The culinary journey kicked off with a delightful French Onion and Goat Cheese Croissant Canapé, setting the stage for a night of gastronomic indulgence. Guests had the choice between the show-stopping Roti de Boeuf and delicate Baked Pickerel, each dish competing for attention with its unique charm. The culinary spectacle continued with  Carrots En Paysanne and Fondant Potatoes, captivating taste buds with every bite. The sweet finale of Chocolate Éclairs proved to be more star-studded than a French comedy ensemble, while Herman Amburger’s live music serenade added a melodious touch to the night.
