Hey there, groovy cats and funky ladies! Last night was a blast from the past as we boogied our way through our monthly fine dining experience with a dazzling “A Night at the Disco” theme! Our dining room was transformed into a disco dreamland with slick black and white tablecloths and dazzling disco balls spinning atop 45 rpm records! Our fabulous staff and residents stepped out in their best 70s disco attire—think polyester, sequins, and plenty of soul. The vibe was electric, and the food? Outta sight!

Here’s what we got to groove to:
Appetizer: House Made Zucchini Sticks, breaded to perfection and served with tangy Blue Cheese Dressing. Crunchy, cheesy, and downright delicious!
Entrées: Smoked Gouda Stuffed Dutch Meatloaf: A hearty blend of beef and pork, packed with smoky Gouda cheese and seasoned to the max!
Chicken Florentine: Tender chicken in a creamy white wine and parmesan sauce, dancing with fresh spinach and zesty lemon.
Accompaniments: Potatoes au Gratin: Sliced russets swimming in a cheesy Mornay sauce. Pure comfort.
Grilled Asparagus: Crisp and seasoned to perfection. A fresh, vibrant side!
Dessert: Oreo Cheesecake! Smooth, creamy, and with a crust that’ll make your taste buds boogie!

And to top off the night, we were serenaded by the fabulous Brent Ferguson in the Grand Hall—what a show!
