There’s never a dull moment around here, and our recent Masquerade Fine Dining evening was certainly one to remember!

Our residents and staff traded their everyday attire for a little mystery, glamour, and elegance as we came together for a wonderful evening of delicious food, fantastic entertainment, and plenty of laughter. From beautiful masks to creative costumes, everyone had so much fun getting dressed up for the occasion!

Of course, no fine dining evening would be complete without an incredible meal, and our talented culinary team certainly outdid themselves!

The evening began with Breaded Cheese Ravioli, served with tomato sauce and a creamy ranch sauce.

For the main course, residents enjoyed a choice of two delicious entrées:

• Beef Bourguignon, accompanied by buttered parsley orzo pasta and seasoned asparagus spears.
• Salmon en Croûte, featuring salmon wrapped in puff pastry with garlic, spinach, and cream cheese, served with creamy dill sauce, baby roasted potatoes with butter and chives, and sautéed zucchini and red peppers.

And to finish off the evening on a sweet note, everyone was treated to a decadent Chocolate Truffle Tuxedo Cake, topped with chocolate drizzle, strawberry, and kiwi.

As wonderful as the food was, the fun certainly didn’t stop there!

We were delighted to welcome Cowboy Mark, who provided fantastic entertainment and helped make the evening even more memorable. There were smiles, laughter, music, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy each other’s company.

One of our favourite parts of these events is seeing just how much our staff and residents enjoy getting involved. Everyone embraces the theme, gets into the spirit, and helps create the kind of atmosphere that makes these evenings so special.

A huge thank you to our incredible culinary and activities teams, along with all of our wonderful staff who helped bring this event together. From the planning and decorations to the delicious meal and all the little details in between, so much care and effort went into making the evening a success.

And of course, thank you to our residents for always being such good sports and joining in the fun! You truly make these celebrations what they are.

At Royal Brock, we believe life should be filled with laughter, friendship, good food, and wonderful memories. Our Masquerade Fine Dining evening was a perfect example of just that.
