This months Employee of the Month – Ashten
This months Employee of the month is Ashten Lambert. Ashten has been with us from the very first day we opened and this recognition has been a long time coming and is incredibly well deserved.
Ashten helps out everywhere. She is a PSW but is always willing to help wherever she is needed. It is not uncommon to walk into The Royal Brock first thing in the morning, to hear Ashten singing while doing dishes. She simply has so much energy she seeks out more work when she is all caught up in her own department.
known for her infectious laugh and beautiful smile, she truly embodies our culture and our vision of what retirement living should be. She is a team player, and really loves brightening the day of anyone who encounters her.
She was born and raised in Athens, Ontario and was recruited to TISS for their track and field and cross country teams. She went to the Disney Land track meet twice to run the 4 x 100. She is the mother of two girls, Eva, who is 7 and Raelynn who is 4.
When I asked her what she enjoys most about working at The Royal Brock, she said she loves the atmosphere and how there is always laughter.
