Royal Brock residents experienced a Night of Trees at this months fine dining event. The air outside was crisp and through the Grand Hall window the Wednesday snowfall sparkled. It was perfect setting for our Culinary Team to served up a heart warming feast. Smoked Atlantic Salmon Canape with dill cream cheese, pickled onions and capers, Orange Glazed Chicken Supreme or Roasted Pork tenderloin filled with onion, apple, bacon and rosemary stuffing, Potato Dauphinoise, Buttered Green Bean Almandine and Homemade Apple Pie for dessert. Delectable food, a beautiful setting, wonderful friendships and bringing in his musical talent was Matthew O’Halloren  .
