This month’s Fine Dining at Royal Brock took us straight to the casino! Our dining room was completely transformed for the occasion, and the décor this month was incredible. Every detail came together beautifully to create a fun and elegant casino atmosphere for our residents to enjoy.

As always, the food was incredible. We started the evening with deviled eggs, followed by a choice of grilled lamb chops or roasted herb chicken, served with Yukon Gold potatoes and heirloom carrots. To finish off the meal, everyone enjoyed a delicious strawberry trifle for dessert.

We were also thrilled to welcome back Nate Hardy for the evening’s entertainment. Nate is always so much fun and brings such great energy whenever he performs for us. It was wonderful to see our residents enjoying the music and the evening together.

A huge thank you to our entire team for all the work that goes into making our Fine Dining events so special. From the incredible décor and beautiful meal to the entertainment and all the little details behind the scenes, Casino Night was another wonderful evening at Royal Brock!
