We had an incredible Italian Fine Dining Event. The residents enjoy this event every month. The menu was sliced baguette topped with mushroom and onion ragu, a choice of spinach and ricotta cannelloni or baked chicken with brie served with roasted vegetables and risotto. The desert was a big hit! Lemon yogurt torte.

This months theme for Fine Dining was Kentucky Derby! We celebrated by dressing up and sharing an incredible meal. The Menu was: Kentucky Burgoo Stew with Cornbread~Burbon Chicken or Creole Shrimp~ Served with Potato O’Brien or Rice~Collard greens and Okra Derby Pie or Diced Fruit. Our meal was followed by a performance by Tom Valiquette.
