Remembrance Day 2020
Today we had an incredible Remembrance Day ceremony. Active military, all who began their career at Brockville Rifles, participated in our ceremony by saluting our veterans, who lined the windows from inside. This months theme for Fine Dining was Kentucky Derby! We celebrated by dressing up and sharing an incredible meal. The Menu was: Kentucky Burgoo Stew with Cornbread~Burbon Chicken or Creole Shrimp~ Served with Potato O’Brien or Rice~Collard greens and Okra Derby Pie or Diced Fruit. Our meal was followed by a performance by Tom Valiquette.
